Duties: Plan, study, and analyze marketing activities of U.S. headquarters of multinational registered ship agent which offers customized services including: yacht clearance/formalities (interfacing w/local government agencies), customs & immigration procedures, berth reservations, bunkering, itinerary planning, crew placement, payroll, provisioning (food/supplies), operations, technical assistance & support (maintenance & repairs), fiscal representation, insurance matters, logistics, VIP concierge services (private transfers/transportation), communications, boat hires/tenders; conduct market research for new business development within the U.S. market, including customers, suppliers, competitors, marketplace; collect, analyze, interpret, consolidate statistical data using SWOT analysis & other methods of collection (polls, focus groups, surveys, others); create actionable items, reports, presentations, recommendations; provide competitive analyses on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales, methods of operation; evaluate business objectives, program methodologies, key data to ensure accuracy; review financial statements, sales/activity reports, other data to measure productivity & effectiveness of marketing campaigns; assess with company offices and operations divisions located in other regions to ensure consistency on marketing policies; remain fully informed on market trends, other parties’ research, implement best practices; evaluate trade associations, networking opportunities, trade shows, seminars and related events. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint), search engines, web analytics, business research tools, statistical software, CRM programs, data warehousing, modeling, mining 

Required: Domestic/international travel required to attend trade shows (U.S., Europe, Caribbean) 14 days/quarter.
